Hi,

Is there any document available that have the list of features and enhancements that are added to serviceguard as compared to its previous versions..(like debug option etc..)

Have you tried the release notes?

Since you don't mention what release you are on, here is an excerpt from the table of contents for the "HP Serviceguard Version A.11.18 Release Notes" which is available here for 11iV3:
