ServiceGuard Manager v. 3.00 core dumps when started by non-root user

This is to inform the customer base (informally) that we have recently determined that ServiceGuard Manager will core dump when a non-root user starts it.

# /opt/sgmgr/bin/sgmgr -s n4 -c n4
/opt/sgmgr/bin/sgmgr[40]: 11374 Abort(coredump)

The lab has determined this workaround:
perform these commands as root-user...
# cd /opt/sgmgr/jre/lib
# chmod 555 PA_RISC2.0

Though we have no official statement as to a permanent correction, I thought it advisable to notify the user community now.
