I had the same question shortly after you. It was finally answered just recently:

Some kind HP person uploaded the MIB to the forums. I don't know the "official" place to get it.

Since your's is not the first time for this question, I saved a document in the ITRC which gives the MIB definitions. The document ID is UMCSGKBRC00009366. It should be visible to all on 3/27 or thereabouts.
