Hi Hans:
First, make sure that you are logged into the ITRC. Then, click Maintenance and Support (on the left) -> Search Technical Knowledge Base -> Selet, Search by DocID [from the drop-down] and enter UXSGKBQA00000030 to the right. That's it!

In the future, you can find anything that has been asked before by using the Search tool on the left hand gray menu. Make sure you select where to search from (below)after entering the string your searching for (above).
