Does anybody knows if it is possible to have both raw devices and file systems in a service guard OpS edition package? It is possible to have a volume group activated in shared mode with a file system mounted in two nodes and accesed by two nodes at a time, like the raw device in OPS?

I don't see a reason why you couldn't have a filesystem on a shared volumegroup with RAW LV's for OracleRAC.
However, you shouldn't use that filesystem on both servers at the same time !!
OracleRAC has synchronisation technology built-in to make sure that both systems see the same contents on the RAW LV's.
Ther is no such synchronisation in the HP supported filesystems. A file could be updated on system 1, while the file is in the buffercache of system 2.
Using a filesystem on both servers is a garantee for corruption.
