Set user defined video on c360 with Visualize EG video card

How can I set the user defined monitor in the boot console handler of a c360 (option 15) with a Visualize EG (A4977A) video card installed? I want to use a LCD monitor that only supports 60 Hz refresh rates at 1600x1200 resolution. The monitor is a NEC 2110. SAM will not allow me to select option 15 (user-defined)
