Re: setprivgrp -g ""b,Sb,}

Hi,
By default, the 'setprivgrp' command changes are no longer effective once you reboot your system.

However, you can execute '/sbin/init.d/set_prvgrp' command to ensure that the 'setprivgrp' changes are permanent.

'/sbin/init.d/set_prvgrp' runs '/usr/sbin/setprivgrp -f /etc/privgroup'.
The /etc/privgroup file should contain one or more lines in the following
format: groupname [privileges]

-USA..
Good Luck..

Hi Jairo,

Take a look at this thread,

http://us-support.external.hp.com/cki/bin/doc.pl/sid=53c57dbe0bd98bdde0/screen=ckiDisplayDocument?docId=200000058036742

Look at the section "3.Tighten global privileges."

Also do a "man setprivgrp" for more info.

Hope this helps.
