SG 11.17: cmviewcl->os_status "unknown"

If I run:

unix_prompt> cmviewcl -f line -l node
node:its-db1|name=its-db1
node:its-db1|status=up
node:its-db1|state=running
node:its-db1|os_status=unknown
node:its-db1|id=1
node:its-db2|name=its-db2
node:its-db2|status=up
node:its-db2|state=running
node:its-db2|os_status=unknown
node:its-db2|id=2
node:its-db3|name=its-db3
node:its-db3|status=up
node:its-db3|state=running
node:its-db3|os_status=up
node:its-db3|id=3

What does the condition "os_status=unknown" translate to (i.e. why does SG on my node not 'know' the status of other nodes? Do I have a SG configuration issue (11.17); Everything has worked as expected.

No you do not have a configuratrion issue, it seems that the command using the -f line option is unable to retrieve this information.
I have replicated it on one of our clusters.

You may wish to log a call with your local HP Response Centre and ask for this to be investigated.
