Is this user bp1adm has permission to do remsh ? How it configured?

Correct the login error first.

Re: SGeSAP 5.0 issue

Hi Shibin,

Thanks for reply....

bp1adm is having remsh permission to other node, configured through .rhosts file

BWPRDA1:bp1adm 21> vi .rhosts
".rhosts" 1 line, 2 characters
+
BWPRDDB root
BWPRDA1 root
BWPRDDB bp1adm
BWPRDA1 bp1adm
BWPRD root
BWPRD bp1adm

Re: SGeSAP 5.0 issue

Do you have any /etc/hosts.equiv exists? What's your .rhosts permission ? Most likely permission issue.

To rectify, you may test with simple entries.

i.e under your bp1adm home directory on BWPRDA1, your keep following entry in your .rhosts.

BWPRDDB bp1adm

Then test your access. If that resolves correctly, correct other entries as well.

Hi,

==> "cluster startup but diagulauge instance is not starting"

you mean dialog??? are you able to start it manually?

Re: SGeSAP 5.0 issue

In http://www.hp.com/go/hpux-SGeSAP-docs
locate:
"Managing Serviceguard Extension for SAP Version B.05.00, March 2009"
at
http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c02047901/c02047901.pdf

Review the document and your configuration (sap.config if legacy packages are configured, or your package configuration file is modular packages are configured).
If you cannot isolate the cause, open a software support case with HP.
