SGeSAP MSSERV message server port
I was installing and configuring the new modular Service Guard package with SgeSAP.
With the legacy way, I can change the default port for the message server including a new variable to the sap.config file.
In the modular way I cannot find how.
I have an ASCS01 instance but is listening in the port 3600 instead of 3601.
In SAP this is easy to do, because in the DEFAULT.PFL profile you connect the port number with the name and assign the port in the /etc/services file.
Of course I can change the port in SAP, but it is not so easy because of the multiple clients and interfaces already using this port (3600)
If any one know how to tell the sap_functions.sh to use other port number than the 36XX where the XX is the instance number, I will appreciate it so much.
Thanks in advance
