share directory and priviledge

how can i share a directory for 2 users? each user must have the priviledges below:

name priviledge
tata read, write, modify
toto read, write (only)

The two users should not be able to connect themselves on the others directories. They must see only their sharing directory.


What are the process to make it?

you can set ACL (access control list) to the directories.
