Solution
Sharing printers (called remote prointing) between HP-UX systems is easy. On the system without the printer, run SAM and add a remote prionter. You'll need 3 items: a name for the printer locally, the name of the remote computer, and the name of the printer on the remote system. (a good rule is to name the printer the same locally as it is on the remote system).
For Windows, it is a lot more complicated. You'll have to download CIFS/9000 (aka, SAMBA), install and configure it to share your printer with Windows systems. Get the software from http://software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B8725AA
