SolutionYou can use Samba, or CIFS/9000 as HP calls their version of it. It works great. You setup a configuration of which filesystems you want to share, and which users you want to have access to those shares, and the users simply map the shares as network drives in Windows without any additional software on their end. Try:
http://www.samba.org
for the Samba software. I haven't used CIFS so I can't say much about it, but it is a version of Samba that HP has built for HP-UX and is supported by them.

Re: Sharing Drive
Here's a few ways:
1) Samba(free)
http://master.samba.org/samba/ftp/Binary_Packages/hp/
2) CIFS/9000
client (free)

server(free)

3) NFS (Included in Core OS)

Re: Sharing Drive
As suggested by others, use Samba or CIFS. Both of these softwares are downloadable. And Jeff has already provided the download links.
Hope this helps.
