SIGBUS core dumps with PeopleSoft application server

We are running PeopleSoft which uses BEA Tuxedo for its application server middleware. One of the processes, PSAPISRV, crashes INTERMITTENTLY due to a SIGBUS. Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions? I tried increasing the maxssiz kernel parameter to 200M but that did not resolve the problem.
