SMH not allowing root to login in the VPAR

Hi All,

I have VPAR configured on my HP RP server. The os is HP-UX 11iv2. When i tried to login to system management home page with my local root user, it is not allowing me to login. Can any one please help me, how to login to SMH? or How can i configure a user in SMH from the command prompt.

Did you clone the image from anywhere else?

Grep

/opt/hpsmh/conf/smhpd.conf

for the "old" IP. Not sure if this is the problem, but maybe it is.

If you have an old version it could be better to upgrade anyway.
