SNAPlus modes
Whilst it is possible to make a mode the default, can this be overridden by assigning a specific mode to a specific LU? if so, how is this done?

In VTAM, which I assume your sna session is connecting to,
the logmode of the terminal can be set to a particular mode or even a query-able mode.
This is common practice in defining a terminal in VTAM on a mainframe.
Check with the mainframe systems programmer if this fits your question.
