SNMPv3 on HP-UX 11.11v1 (PA-RISC)

I have 3rd party SNMP agent listening on 8765 port. I am able to configure this agent with the help of naaagt and naa.cnf (created on my own). I need to configure SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 ACLs on this system.
I didn't find any documentation on this. Has any one come across any such docs or steps. If so, can you share with me.

this version of SNMP you made download in the site of the HP?
snmpconf exists the command that it configures the SNMP.
