Socks v4 for HP-UX 11.0

I need a socks version of ftp to allow users on a UX 11.0 system to transfer file to and from sites on the other side of our Microsoft proxy server. I found the HP version of socks at ftp.cup.hp.com, but it looks like it is for 10.0.

Does anyone know if there is an 11.0 version, or if the 10.0 version will work?

One more thing, I need version 4 of socks. I have found a version 5 kit at socks.nec.com, but that is not compatable with out proxy server. The HP version says that it is version 4.

I tried COAST and found a link to socks, but ran into a permission problem trying to follow the link.
