I'm having a problem having software marked before ignite installation.
The s/w shows up as not marked on the ignite gui.
Am I missing a keyword like marked = TRUE in the config file:
#######################################
# PATCH 122
#
sw_source "OC-SS7-AAA-P122" {
source_type = "NET"
sd_server = "1.2.3.4"
sd_depot_dir = "/OCMP/SS7Depot/SS7_AAA"
source_format = SD
load_order = 2
}
sw_sel "OC-SS7-AAA-P122" {
description = "A.02.00.56.08.122 Rel. 2.0 Patch for ANSI AAA HPOpenCall SS7
package:SS7.56.08.P122"
sw_source = "/OCMP/SS7Depot/SS7_AAA"
sw_category = "SS7"
sd_software_list = "OC-SS7-AAA-P122"
}
The patch server shows this:
pereal:root> swlist -l depot @ 1.2.3.4:/OCMP/SS7Depot/SS7_AAA
# Initializing...
# Target "1.2.3.4" has the following depot(s):

The installation is not installing correctly wrt the load order.
Do I have to run a make_bundles?

Solutionto mark it as true, do this in your index file:
cfg "CAD System-10.10" {
description "This selection is the typical CAD system
installation for HP-UX B.10.10"
"/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.10.10/config"
"/var/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.10.10/core_700_archive_cfg"
"/var/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.10.10/apps_700_cfg"
"/var/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.10.10/patches_700_cfg"
"/var/opt/ignite/config.local"
} = TRUE
Bill, you are better off making bundles...
