software not marked by default

I'm having a problem having software marked before ignite installation.

The s/w shows up as not marked on the ignite gui.

Am I missing a keyword like marked = TRUE in the config file:

The installation is not installing correctly wrt the load order.

Do I have to run a make_bundles?
