software tools for 80188 microprocessor

Hello,
I have acustomer who is trying to locate some software utilities on 10.20 that were available on 9.X.
The software utilities are for compiling, linking and debugging C programs that run on an 80188 embedded microprocessor. The emulator hardware is HP 64000 series. The software development commands are asm, comp and lnk,
but HP probably used the same names for the commands that assemble, compile
and link C programs of other embedded microprocessors.
