Some information about MC/SG and Promis
I am loking for any information / integration

Hello Gil,
Though the Response Center does not act as a library source of package configuration and control files, I checked to see if the Promise application has ever been "packaged" for MC/ServiceGuard. If the Promise app is layered atop Oracle, and sold by Mincom Inc, I learned that it has been successfully packaged by an HP Technical Consultant. So at least we can give you a thumbs up on the possibility of this working.
