Some keyboard's key not working

Hi Guys,

One more thing, I can't seem to make @ appears on my screen.. when I ever i press "@" nothing comes out.. may I know what could be wrong? And Ctrl-C doesnt seem to break the running program like it does on my other systems.. anyone know why is this so?

1) Try a differenet keyboard.
2) Try more generic stty settings

Please post output of TERM var and stty -a

Thanks for the info. Tried, but it wasn't the keyboard. the TERM var command return error => Command not found.. stty -a =>
