Does anyone know where can I find such a manual as I am preparing one (for HPUX systems) and I want to use it as a template.

I suspect that this is going to be a waste of time. The "real" template is going to be whatever your outside (the company) auditors say that it is and your template (no matter how good; nevermind that it is more secure) doesn't matter. Your time will be better spent getting the template that the auditors will use and making your systems compliant to it. The bad news is that you may well have a template that is designed for a Windows servers running Exchange --- but, computers are computers aren't they?
