Spaceball with UG 15.03
Hi.. I'm having some problems with spaceballs using UG 15.03 (I found something for UG 16.0 thanks Shannon in Nov 26 we'll UPG to UG 16.0) I installed Spaceware for Unix 9.2 in a c-3000. But I don't know why the owner of the spaceballd is the user and sometimes is root and when this happen obviously any user can use the spaceball.. until now the only solution that I found was reboot.. but it doesn't work anymore .. can anybody help me..? TIA

Re: Spaceball with UG 15.03
Hi Alex.. well the main problem is this:
When I typed a ps -edaf this is what appears:
ps -edaf|grep spa
root 1256 1 0 19:03:57 ? 0:00 /etc/SpaceWare/spaceballd -d /dev/tty0p0
And this is my main problem because as root any user can use the Spaceball and when this is working OK.. the owner of the process is the userid of my people..
This can be solved with what you sent me..?? because I follow your steps and root came up again as the owner..
