sr4_pr vmunix: SCSI: Async write error -- dev: b 31 0x0d2600, errno: 126, resid: 1024,

Hi All,

Need your help..
I am getting error "sr4_pr vmunix: SCSI: Async write error -- dev: b 31 0x0d2600, errno: 126, resid: 1024," in my rp8420 server which is connected to XP12K.

# ls -l /dev/dsk | grep 0x0d2600
# ioscan -kfnC disk disk path
# pvdisplay -v disk path
# diskinfo
# dd commmand

dd if=/dev/rdsk/cxtxdx of=/dev/null bs=2048
