ssh and sftp issues

I am unable to sftp and ssh -l into an 11.0 server from an 11.11 server. The 11.0 server is running OpenSSH_3.5p1 protocols 1.5/2 on destination server and on target server running 11.11 OpenSSH_3.6.1p2, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0. I tried ssh -vvv localhost and sftp -vvv localhost with no avail. Here are my errors as attached. These errors are very similiar to the target connecting to the destination.

Any help please?
