ssh download

I am trying to install ssh. I tried looking on my 11i June 2002 App CD but could not find it. I think it is on the 9/2002 CD which I dont have. I've been searching hp.com/software but could not find it. Plus I get an access denied for some reason, blocked from my end. Any idea where I can download this from?
