SSH issue on service guard
I have issue on one SG cluster witch SGeSAP. When I try to start application servers it works on one node correctly but not on the failove node. I always get a message "permanently_set_uid: was able to restore old [e]gid^M".
When I try to perform same command from command line not from SG script, it works fine.

Re: SSH issue on service guard
Check your ssh version.
See fixes in HP-UX Secure Shell A.03.91.008/009:
JAGaf50609
If an alternate root user is defined in /etc/passwd with for example UID 0 and GID 75, then ssh (client code) under that UID will give the following error message:
permanently_set_uid: was able to restore old [e]gid
This is a known issue with OpenSSH, which HP has fixed in this release.
regards,
ivan

Re: SSH issue on service guard
Thank. I will try to upgrade current vesion A.03.91.003 to the recommended. The server where it works has same user configuration but SSH version A.03.71.007.
