ssh says "Could not get shadow information"

Since our patch update on Friday, ssh displays a syslog error for each login:
"Mar 14 09:09:35 rkdvmhp7 sshd[6443]: error: Could not get shadow information for kurz"

The login was successful.

# swlist -l bundle -l product | grep -i secure
T1471AA A.03.61.002 HP-UX Secure Shell
#
We have no shadow passwords.

Do you have any ideas?

This "bug" has been resolved.

Download and install the latest ssh software (3.91).

Michaela,
look at /etc/nsswitch.conf.
should be something like:
passwd: files nis
shadow: files nis
group: files nis
if you are running nis

Also are your passwords > 8 characters ?
ssh only recognizes first eight.
Can't see how you can get successful login without having shadow passwords.
