sshd[xxxxx]: error: getsockname failed: Invalid argument, after updating HP Secure Shell

Hi, 

After updating to A.07.40.003    HP-UX Secure Shell vesrion, below line is recorded 8 times with a few seconds differnce in syslog.log file.

Nov  7 00:07:34 hostname sshd[xxxxx]: error: getsockname failed: Invalid argument

HP-UX 11.31

Any idea about this error?

Hello

Since it started appearing after updating SSH to latest,  could be because of some latest Algorithms not recoginized by the clients.

You can try changing to the default and see if that helps.

Also these are ignorable messages. Hope there is no impact.

Hi, Thanks for reply.

That may be right. I did not receive any compalints regarding this.

I installed this on two node Continental cluster and DR node and observed from logs that this is not appearing in primary node but on 2nd node and DR node it is in logs.
