SSL Connection denial by NES 3.6 server on HP UX 10.2

hi,
i have an SSL enabled Netscape-Enterprise/3.6 SP1 installed on HP-UX B.10.20.While establishing SSL connection from Winnt 4.0 using third party SSL libs (Entrust SSL toolkit 6.0). I am getting following error on NES server logs

"Error accepting connection -5993 (Resource temporarily unavailable)"

And an socket exception on Client side.

when i tried to connect throug java libraries or RSA C libraries the Connection went through successfully.
i cant figure out if this is a problem with the SSL libraries i am using or is it something to with server settings.
As the same components are working on other server instances having same configuration.
