"Mirror copies 1" means /dev/vg03/lvswap3 *is* mirrored: there is one complete copy on /dev/Dsk/c1t10d0 and another on c1t14d0.
Just mirror the lvswap3 to a new PV, and then use "lvreduce -m" to remove the mirror component that's currently on c1t14d0.
If the other LVs on c1t14d0 are also mirrored, do the same for them too.
If they are not mirrored but still readable, backup their data as soon as possible! Then mirror them to the new PV, and remove the mirror half that's on c1t14d0.
The document linked by rariasn is very useful too.
