Stale LVM -Mirroring
I have encountered and issue regarding stale, I have primary disk which is mirrored with another disk however I have noticed that one of the block(s) have a stale status on the mirrored disk.
I have already change the mirrored disk however same blocka and same stale status was noticed.
Please advice what ever turn around will I do next.
00263 /dev/dsk/c4t0d0 03081 current /dev/dsk/c4t5d0 03081 current
00264 /dev/dsk/c4t0d0 03082 current /dev/dsk/c4t5d0 03082 stale
00265 /dev/dsk/c4t0d0 03083 current /dev/dsk/c4t5d0 03083 current

I already tried lvsync and vgsync, however same problem was encountered (I/O error.
I also replaced the mirrored copy disk, same error too.
Much appriciated for your further recommendation.
Or is there any patch that I need to apply?
