Start net-snmp on hp-ux 11 v.1

Hi, i have the following problem :
I have install the net-snmp-5.3.1-HP-UX_B.11.11_9000_800.tar on Hp-ux 11 v1.
I launch the command tar -xvf on the file net-snmp-5.3.1.tar in the directory /tmp/
and I am going in the directory tmp/usr/local/bin.
From the directory tmp/usr/local/bin i launch the following command : ./snmpconf for configure the file snmpd.conf
After I have done this to start the net-snmp hardly installed i open the directory /tmp/usr/local/sbin and launch the commad : snmpd.
The problem is that launching the command snmpd him strarted snmp standard Hp-ux and not the net-snmp!
The my questions are that :
How do I have to start the net-snmp?
Have i wrong the configuration?
Must I shape some other parameter?

execute it like that:
cd /tmp/usr/local/bin
./snmpd

the file snmpd id not present in the direcotory /tmp/usr/local/bin.
