startup problem with bastille

couldn't connect to display "15.179.32.245:0.0" at /opt/perl_32/lib/site_perl/5.8.3/PA-RISC1.1-thread-multi/Tk/MainWindow.pm line 55,
MainWindow->new() at /opt/sec_mgmt/bastille/lib/Bastille_Tk.pm line 167
any suggestions?

Does your DISPLAY variable value represent the address where of your X-Window emulator (e.g. Reflections, Exceed, etc.)

You see I ssh into a linux server then I am ssh -X into a vpar and I cannot seem to get the x
windows reflection to work?
