startup scripts

I have some programs that are run manually when the HP-UX 11.00 box being reboots. However, those programs are run by the nohup command at the background can anyone give an easy step by step to configure those programs to start at boot time..
i.e.) sample of the startup scrtipt for an application and
creating the Kxxx & Sxxx, and then using the ln -s to link. I've done that long time agao but I've forgotten the steps.
Please advise..
