Not sure that previous link works, and it seems to be, from the text, pointing at a very old version of OnlineDiags for 10.20.

I'm not sure that the OnlineDiags for 10.20 will still be available from HP since 10.20 is no longer supported.
If you can find them (and you might have them on CD-ROM somewhere), you should be installing version A.29.00, the December 2001 revision of OnlineDiags, as that is the last version released.

If you do get that revision, you should also install patch PHSS_29444 as it includes some important fixes.
