STM not showing the memory

Hi Gurus

N4000 running 11.00 with STM version: A.44.00
system has 14G of RAM but STM comes back with information not available.

SAM shows all the memory

Any ideas?

Did you try re-map the devices?
Run command
# cstm
cstm> rs

and then try to get information about memory.

Hi,
Can you show exactly what steps you are doing to run the Memory Info tool? Are you using cstm, mstm or xstm? Do any of the other STM Info tools work?
