Stop Hostagent ........................ during shutdown is slow

Stop Hostagent ........................ during shutdown is slow

When shutting down the system (A Class rp2470 running HP-UX 11.00) the system tends to halt on the following line:

Stop Hostagent ...........................

After a few minutes, it comes up with OK.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the Hostagent was and if I could make it shutdown faster.

Not critical but would be helpful to know.

On our box, hostagent relate to san (whe have a VA7400) and the possibility to manage the virtual array via a web browser
