stou command not found in HP-UX 11.00

I need to use the command stou in HP-UX 11.00 but the same is not present. Is there any seperate package or patch to be installed to get the command stou?

do you mean the code conversion commands.

If that is what you are looking for check for

iconv

check the man pages of iconv(1)]

what precisely is this command supposed to do for you?
Where did you get this requirement from?
