Strange behaviour in stm exerciser
I discovered something very unusual in stm. I'm not sure if it is a feature or a bug in stm.
Imagine you have a mirroed pair of disks. When I do an exerciser on the primary disk the disk flashes and keeps flashing until exerciser finishes. Ok so far so good.
BUT when I do an exerciser on the mirrored disk I am getting both the mirror and primary disks flashing at the same time. I tried this on different systems and always got the same result.
Anyone has a clue why this happens?

Re: Strange behaviour in stm exerciser
It's possibly an LVM bug.
I haven't tried it but would guess it to be..
If you split your mirrors before doing it ;) I wonder if it would do the same..
Anyway, I recommend a patch!
Later,
Bill
