Hi,
I just received some error message in the dmesg out but from ioscan -f output I do not see any strange thing. Any idea what's this error message.

Hi there
One of your SCSI disk devices detached from the bus causing a SCSI bus reset. The device appears to be c3t5d0 (check the line bp->b_dev: 1f035000). Do an lssf /dev/dsk/c3t5d0 and you can get the HW path. Worth checking stm for log errors against this HW address.
