Strange problem using SAM to create a new filesystem

I will definitely believe it.
We have had IO problems towards our SAN and it took a long time, lot's of meetings and had to be escalated high, before we actually got an answer that "in fact there is a limit to the xfer/sec" that matched what we observed...
This was also towards XP512

Well HP has finaly admitted this is a bug. They identified this "issue" March 2003 and sent it to the lab. They have told me a solution is expected June 1, 2004.

I have attached the full text of the case for those that want to read it. Some of you will laugh with me, others will cry, I have done both.

After I install the patch and try it out I will update this thread assuming it is still available.
