Shalom,
You can set the set -x diagnostics in the startup script in /sbin/init.d/
What happens when you start it from the command line.
More detail would be extremely helpful in dealing with this issue.

Did you get this in /etc/rc.log file? One service startup is failed? What is the service. Try again in the command line now? what is the service and error(s).
