Hi,
This has reference to my previous posting.
I am trying to form a two node cluster (hp-ux 11.11, MCSG 11.14). The node names are "ram" (15.70.180.86) and "shyam" (15.70.180.86). Now I am trying to create a package with IP address 15.70.180.77. I defined the SUBNET as 15.70.180.0. Now when I do a cmcheckconf I am getting the following error,
Cmcheckconf ?P wits.conf
cmcheckconf : Error found in package file: wits.conf.
Error: SUBNET 15.70.180.0 not part of the cluster, line 17
Specify a SUBNET that is part of the cluster.
But the Cluster is running fine and I am able to create the package if I am not assigning it any IP. What could be the problem. Kindly let me know.
Thanks
Karthik

Re: Subnet issue
Hi Melvyn,
Sorry, I was assuming that the subnet is 15.70.180.0 instead of finding it out using netstat -in.
Thanks a lot
Karthik
