Subversion binaries for Itanium / HP-UX 11i

I happen to need Subversion 1.2.3 binaries for Itanium / HP-UX 11i.

Do anyone know if there is any place in the web I can got them or some scripts to compile the Subversion source files for this platform?

Shalom Lorenzo,

HP-UX 11i version 1 was a PA-RISC only Operating system. It was never released for Itanium, because Itanium did not exist at the time.

HP-UX 11i v 1.5 is an Itanium OS
HP-UX 11i v 1.6 is an Itanium OS

HP-UX 11i v 2.0 runs on Itanium or PA-Risc hardware.

To get help, you'll probably need to be specific about what version of HP-UX 11i for Itanium you want the binaries.

Thank you for your comment. We are using 11.23, as shown below.

I hope that compilation scripts from other versions will be similar enough to be of use, anyway (just in case the binaries do no show up :) ).

Now I can state categorically that I don't know the answer to your question. Hopefully now you'll get better help, now that the version of the OS is clarified.

Hello, Subversion is not yet able from HP-UX porting center, You have to download source file from http://subversion.tigris.org/downloads/subversion-1.2.3.tar.gz

Before starting the installation/compilation, be sure to read http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/INSTALL
