SolutionAs I understand it, the channel partners are handling the support contracts - the changes, the renewals, all that sort of thing. HP has been trying to streamline contract maintenance for years, but it hasn't worked out too well so now they're trying to push it onto the partners. Your actuall support work would still come through your local engineers.

I'm trying it with my contracts this year. Last fall it took me over two months to get my contracts renewed tyring to work with SCA express, which apparently has been out-sourced to India. It was not a fun process and not one I care to go through again.
