At my last job, in the UK, there was an HP page that we could log into and look at our support/service agreement.
I can't for the life of me remember what the url was.
Is there something similar for the ASIA PACIFIC clients? Do I need to call someone to set it up or can I do it all online?
I just need to be able to see what hardware of ours is supported by HP and I need to be able to get part numbers and serial numbers for the engineers.

Solution
http://www.esca.hp.com/
I think the above is what you are looking for. You have to request that your contracts be put there though. I am still struggling to get all of my renewed contracts to appear there 4 months after they were renewed.
You should also be able to see them through your ITRC profile if you have systems handles linked to your ID. From the main ITRC page ( http://itrc.hp.com ) click on the "my profile" link and then click on the " view or modify support agreement/warranty/order information" link. If you have any support agreements linked to your ID they will appear here.
Good luck.

Re: Support/service agreement
I found that the first run through at http://www.esca.hp.com/ was a little rough and took two phone calls to work out the kinks in the agreements.
HP(Not Harry Potter) is pretty motivated to help you with your agreements since they save a ton of money having to pay people to fax documents and revisions back and forth.
The website itself has performance problems. Your HP contract rep is usually happy to help you get up and running with this stuff.
It is my understanding that all customers with support agreements can now rewnew and modify them on the web.

Re: Support/service agreement
Thanks Patrick.
That's exactly what I wanted.
Unfortunately I need a support agreement to hand in order to link it to my name.
I'll find one somewhere.....
