As anyone heard anything about this? 10.2's support as reached its end of life and I can't find anything about HP's future intention with regards to SuSE support in IVM.
I have tested SuSE 11 with 4.2 and it does seem to work but I'm wondering if anyone as heard anything through the grapevine about HP officially supporting it. Thanks!

Hello,
I do not think you will have an official statement about it.
Mostly due to "political" reasons that
different vendors impose, nothing to do
with the real status.
I use SuSE 11 and RHEL 5.x as VMs when I
teach HP IVMs (yes, I work at HP). They work
perfectly well.
Sadly, as you probably know, future releases
of Linux and Windows will not be supported
on the new Tukwilla processor, so the
problem is worse than planned.
I would have loved to see OpenVMS, Windows,
and Linux fully supported as VMs on Tukwilla.
Apart from OpenVMS, that will not happen
(my private opinion).
Cheers,
VK2COT
