SW Updates (HP-UX 11i v2)

I am trying to upgrade some systems to HP-UX 11i v2, but it seems the upgrade disks have been misplaced.

I understand that it is possible to re-request another copy of the updates with an admin fee charged. Does anybody know how I go about doing this?

When the Data Protector licenses/docs were misplaced, we emailed to:
